Pavel Vrba´s team commence their 2017/2018 pre-season preparations. They welcomed new reinforcements and will start the trainings at the Luční street stadium. After that they will move to Austria where they will play 3 matches.

On Friday the team will go through strenuous tests, which should check the players´ readiness before the upcoming season. After that they will participate two-phase trainings every day. The pre-season preparations will be spiced by 8 matches out of which 3 will be played in Austria.

The first game is on programme on 21st June in Rokycany, 3 days later they will meet Petřín. At the Luční street stadium the fans can come to watch the game against Ústí nad Labem (28th June), Sokolov (1st July) and České Budějovice (5th June).

After the match against České Budějovice the team will move to Austrian Westendorf. They will face German Fürth, 2nd league English team Wolverhampton and Premier League participant Watford.

Viktoria welcomed 3 new reinforcements Diego Živulič, Daniel Kolář and Jakub Řezníček, 4 juniors Filip Vacovský, Matyáš Šampalík, Jonáš Vais and Lukáš Pfeifer and returnees on loan Miloš Kratochvíl and Jan Suchan.

Patrik Hrošovský, Tomáš Hořava, Jan Kopic and Michael Krmenčík had national team duties so they will join the pre-season trainings later as well as Martin Chrien and Aleš Matějů who are U21 national team members.

The goalkeeper Matúš Kozáčik underwent an operation and now he is in recovery and has an individual training plan, however, he should soon join the team.
