Viktorians were fighting for other important points for the final league standings in the 28th round of the HET League. They played against Slovácko and the coach Vrba made four changes in comparison with the previous match. Milan Petržela, Tomáš Hájek, Jan Kovařík and Michael Krmenčík appeared in the starting line-up.

The opening chance of the match was directed by Viktorians. On 30 seconds of the game Milan Petržela threatened Milan Heča from the right side but the goalkeeper was ready and rebounded the ball on the corner. On 9 minutes Viktoria had an effort on goal again when Tomáš Hořava passed the ball to Kovařík who prolonged it to Krmenčík. However, he faced the defence that rebounded his attempt on the corner. Soon after that Tomáš Hájek had to leave the pitch because of injury and was substituted by Diego Živulič. Plzeň went on and still kept producing promising goal chances. Krmenčík had an effort on goal twice during a short while but the best league scorer was always stopped by the goalkeeper Heča. He was later surprised by a long shot of Kovařík but it flew off the goal. The half-time result was goalless.

The home team rushed in the 2nd half like a hurricane. On 5 minutes Tomáš Hořava could open the score but his long shot was stopped by an upright. Martin Zeman wanted to hit the ball back in the gate but he missed the target. He then tried to pass the ball to Michael Krmenčík from the left side but his effort was stopped by the goalkeeper again. Moments later Zeman crossed the ball to Tomáš Chorý but even he missed tha target. On 70 minutes the situation completely changed – the visitors became active and Filip Kubala scored the firt goal of the match. Viktorians could shake the shock 4 minutes later but Krmenčík´s attempt was saved by Heča again. Several moments later the Doosan Arena could finally celebrate the goal of their team. Tomáš Chorý did wait for anything in the penalty area and by the help of Jiří Krejčí he scored – 1-1. Viktorians could turn the score immediately after that but Heča rebounded Kopic´s shot and Chorý shot only to lying goalkeeper. Krmenčík had an effort on goal at the end of the match but failed in scoring.
