Viktoria Plzeň played the last friendly match against Terek Grozny and lost 0:3. In spite of the 1st half when Viktoria set the pace of the game, Terek were more active in the 2nd half and scored two goals in 7 minutes. This was the key moment of the match and they decided about the final result.
Viktoria were very active at the beginning of the match and tried to be quick in combining. After they lost the ball they immediately pressed their opponent. The Russian team did not have so many goal chances thanks to Viktoria´s good defence. Daniel Kolář had an effort on goal but he failed in accuracy as well as Milan Petržela later. Viktoria seemed better, nevertheless, Terek appeared in two big chances. First, Mitrishev faced Kozáčik but the goalkeeper was happier afterwards, then the Russian striker scored after a corner – Terek were in lead 1:0. Rajtoral attempted to answer quickly but he only hit a crossbar.
The 2nd half was opened by Milan Petržela´s header but the ball flew off the goal. On the contrary, Terek added the second goal of the match. Aissati run in the penalty area after a free kick and surprised the goalkeeper Kozáčik by a jumpy shot. It did not take long and the score was even higher 3:0 for Terek. Grozav run along the right side in the centre of the pitch and shot from the 18-yard box next to the right upright. Mitrishev attempted to increase the score moments later but as well as Limberský on the other side was stopped by the goalkeeper. Plzeň tried to possess the ball and play their game but those 3 received goals did not support them much. Viktoria lost the match against Terek Grozny 0:3.
