Viktoria finished the Czech part of the pre-season training programme of 2018/2019 season. The team moves to Austria after a morning training. As traditionally Viktoria will play 3 friendlies with abroad opponents in Westendorf.

The team travelling to Westendorf consists of 22 players and 3 goalkeepers. In comparison with the start of the pre-season programme the team misses Dominik Sváček (on loan in Jihlava), Filip Čihák (tests in Sokolov), Pavel Šulc (comeback to U19), Michal Hlavatý (on loan in Sokolov) and Jaroslav Navrátil.

In Austria Plzeň will face 3 abroad opponents. At first they will meet Russian Akhmat Grozny, the match will be played in Westendorf (if changed we would inform). On 10th July they will play against Austrian-Bundesliga team Wacker Innsbruck. And their last opponent is of high quality – on 14th July Viktorians will cross swords with Ukrainian Dynamo Kiev.

„We managed 2 live broadcasts ouf of 3 friendlies from Austria,“ PR manager Václav Hanzlík informs. The match with Wacker Innsbruck and Dynamo Kiev will be streamed on Viktoria TV. „If there are any changes in time or place of the match, we would inform our fans in advance. We will post a link for the stream on our websites and social media sites. The match with Grozny will not be lively streamed, however, we will post current news via social media sites,“ Hanzlík adds.

All posts from the pre-season camp will be linked by a hashtag #Westendorf2018. „We prepare regular news service for our supporters so follow our websites and social media sites,“ he closes.
