Both teams agreed to play three 25-minutes-long periods. Plzeň started with Chorý and Řezníček as forwards who managed the 6-goals leading. Both teams wanted to avoid sharp fightings and possible injuries so the defensive lines were not so busy as usual. Both teams together added 14 more goals. The home fans were very supportive and enjoyed the atmosphere. The match served its purpose and everyone had fun.
