The last pre-season friendly match in the Czech Republic was played against Dynamo České Budějovice and mostly thanks to the 2nd half Viktorians added another victory.

The match started with a sharp pace on both sides and the game was full of attacks and fights. České Budějovice tried to make quick breaks and the home team relied on patient combination. Plzeň went in lead on 22 minutes when Jan Kopic passed the ball to Michael Krmenčík who headed the ball behind the goalkeeper Křížek. On the other side, Jakub Moravec attempted to equalize the score, nevertheless, Petr Bolek rebounded the ball off the goal. He was also heavily involved in the corner action by Petr Javorek. At the end of the half-time Jakub Řezníček failed in shooting.

Pavel Vrba substituted 8 players for the 2nd half and only Lukáš Hejda, Tomáš Hájek and Jan Kovařík remained on the pitch. Daniel Kolář quickly appeared in a promising chance but his header was rebounded by the goalkeeper Jindřich Staněk. Soon after that Milan Petržela shot off the gate. Daniel Kolář added the next goal later and sent Viktoria in lead 2-0. On 65 minutes Viktoria got in 3-goal lead. Andreas Ivanschitz crossed the ball to Daniel Kolář who headed behind the goal line. 10 minutes later Milan Petržela passed the ball to Marek Bakoš who scored – 4-0. On 81 minutes Andreas Ivanschitz passed the ball from a corner to Jan Suchan who scored the fifth goal to 5-0. České Budějovice scored 1 goal at the end of the match and Petr Bernát finished the score to 5-1.
