Viktoria travelled to Teplice for the third round of the Chance Liga. The thrilling encounter produced ten goals, several twists and turns, and a dramatic finish. Viktoria ultimately leave Na Stínadlech with one point following a 5–5 draw.
The home side got Saturday's sunny encounter underway, but it was Viktoria who made the perfect start. Patrik Hrošovský let fly from distance and found the top corner with a stunning strike. By the third minute, Viktoria were already two goals ahead. Souaré found the onrushing Kabongo, who made no mistake from close range. In the 10th minute, Dweh got on the end of Hrošovský's delivery from a set piece to extend Viktoria's lead to three goals. Teplice responded for the first time in the 12th minute, reducing the deficit to two. The supporters in attendance were treated to an action-packed start full of goals. In the 21st minute, Teplice struck again. Radosta reacted quickest inside the six-yard box and fired past Wiegele. The hosts threatened once more in the 28th minute when a cross from the flank travelled all the way towards the far post, but fortunately for Viktoria, there was nobody there to turn it home. Viktoria struck again in the 29th minute. Vydra tried his luck from distance and beat the home goalkeeper to restore the two-goal advantage. At the other end, Auta found himself in a promising position in the 32nd minute but was unable to hit the target from close range. Teplice pulled another goal back in the 35th minute when Čermák fired towards the far post and beat Wiegele.
Viktoria immediately threatened at the other end. Kabongo looked for Vydra in front of goal, but the striker was just a step away from reaching the ball. A minute later, Souaré also tested the home goalkeeper, although his effort was directed straight at him. The opening 45 minutes produced a goal fest that few could have expected, with Viktoria heading into the dressing room with a one-goal advantage. Teplice kept up the pressure after the break and pushed forward in search of an equaliser. Their efforts paid off in the 54th minute when John Auta found the net to make it 4–4. Five minutes later, the hosts completed the turnaround. Fortelný scored in the 59th minute to put Teplice ahead for the first time in the match. Viktoria refused to give up. In the 62nd minute, Hrošovský met Višinský's cross with a header, but the home goalkeeper managed to keep it out. Six minutes later, Viktoria were level. Višinský found space to shoot and fired into the far corner to make it 5–5.
In the 75th minute, Memić raced down the flank and sent a dangerous low cross into the box, seemingly looking for Višinský, but Adu got a touch to the ball at the last moment and the promising move ultimately came to nothing. In the 81st minute, Adu had the chance to complete another turnaround, but he failed to connect cleanly with his effort and sent it wide. Late in the match, Krčík was shown a red card, leaving Viktoria to finish the game with ten men. Teplice pushed for a winning goal, but Viktoria managed to withstand the late pressure. A remarkable goal fest at Na Stínadlech therefore ended in a 5–5 draw.
