On Tuesday 5th April Viktoria played the first match of the MOL Cup semi-finals. They faced Mladá Boleslav and it was the first match for Radim Řezník who came back after one-year long injury.

The coach Karel Krejčí made several changes in the starting line-up. Some of them were forced because of an injury. „There were more changes. The coach gave a chance to the players who don´t play so much in the league. Boleslav had more of the game. It was about the only goal and it was scored by our opponent. We can still win this double match so nothing is lost yet,“ Řezník says.

Radim played the last league match on 30th November in Jablonec. „I´m glad I could finally play a longer part of the match for the A team. I´ve already played two matches for junior team and four matches for Domažlice and have to say my knee seems fixed. There´s still a lot to improve but I played the whole 90 minutes and I´m ok,“ the player evaluates.

Viktoria is now in the middle of two fights for the top position. „We play match by match. It was definitely an important match and nobody wants to lose. We don´t consider the cup as less important. At home we´ll do our best to play the finals,“ Radim řezník claims.
