January in Spain, doesn´t it sound beautiful? Viktoria head to Bilbao for the last game of the Europa League season, where they will take on home side Athletic, who are second in the table after six games. For all the important information on sales and address ticketing, see the article below.

The last round of the Europa League will send Viktoria Plzeň to the Basque Country. This time, however, Koubek´s charges will play against Athletic Bilbao, so we can cross off both opponents from this part of the Iberian Peninsula in this year´s Europa League.

"Since address-based ticketing is mandatory in Spain, the purchasing process and the associated administration is more complicated. For these reasons, tickets can only be purchased at the Doosan Arena Ticketpoint. We therefore ask fans to read all the information thoroughly and to check the details carefully when purchasing," says club spokesman Václav Hanzík.

The price of one ticket is 1030 CZK and you can pay only in cash at the box office!

Here are detailed instructions for purchase.

1. At the Ticketpoint of Doosan Arena it is necessary to bring a filled in form in advance, which includes name and surname, date of birth, place of birth (here it is sufficient to indicate the country, i.e. Czech Republic, Slovakia, etc.) and EMAIL ADDRESS. We ask fans to fill in all the data as legibly as possible (ideally in block letters) and to double check the correct data and especially the EMAIL for sending the ticket.

(information about the processing of personal data)

  • It is only mandatory to enter the personal details of one fan at a time on one form, so it must not be repeated on multiple forms.
  • The exception is the email address, which can be the same on multiple forms.

2. After submitting the form and paying the amount of 1030 CZK, the fan will receive a CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENT.

3. The ticket itself will then be delivered directly to the fan´s email no later than 2 days before the match.

So once again, we ask fans to check the correct email when making a purchase so that the ticket can be delivered to the correct address!

4. We recommend that you print the ticket and bring it to the stadium in hard copy.

5. The details on the ticket must match the details on the ID document that will be required to be presented (ID card or passport) when entering the stadium.

1. Can I buy a ticket online?

Unfortunately no. Due to address ticketing and the associated administration, this is not procedurally possible. Tickets can only be purchased in person at Ticketpoint.

2. Can a friend/acquaintance buy me a ticket?

Yes. However, they must bring a completed form with your details to the box office.

3. Can I buy a ticket for a group of people this way?

Yes. However, you must have everyone fill in a questionnaire and the individual details of each fan must not be repeated.

4. Can I enter the same email on multiple forms?

Yes. This is possible. The tickets will then arrive at one address, but each one separately. The email is the only information that can be repeated.

5. Is it necessary to bring proof of identity with the purchase?

No. However, the details given at the time of purchase (first name, last name, date and place of birth) must match when you enter the stadium, where you must show proof of identity. Otherwise you will not be admitted.

6. Can I show my mobile phone ticket at the entrance to the stadium?

Yes. However, we have been advised to print out the ticket and bring a paper ticket instead.
