After a year, the group stage of the Europa League returns to Plzeň. Having progressed past Crvena Zvezda, the famous Benfica, amongst others, will take to the pitch at the Doosan Arena. Viktoria also have away fixtures at well-known venues ahead of them. They will face Real Sociedad and Ferencváros once again.

Following their incredible comeback against Crvena Zvezda, Viktoria now know their opponents for the group stage of the Europa League. Portuguese side Benfica, Belgian side Union SG, Polish side Jagiellonia and Bulgarian side Levski Sofia will all be visiting western Bohemia. The Red-and-Blues will face Real Sociedad, Ferencváros, Bournemouth and Lillestrøm away from home.

“The exact dates of the matches are yet to be confirmed by UEFA. We will provide information on the sale of ticket packages for home matches at the start of next week,” said club spokesperson Václav Hanzlík.
