After the yesterday’s decision of the National Security Council and because of the emergency measures of the Ministry of Health regarding the ban of both public and private events with more than 100 participants, the Czech League Football Association board decided to play the following two league rounds, but without any spectators. Viktoria can not count on their fan’s support during the Sunday match in Prague against Sparta and the next week home match against Mládá Boleslav.

The first match the Viktoria fans are not allowed to attend is the Sunday clash of Plzeň and Sparta Prague on the Letná stadium. Yesterday, the club informed about the refunds of the already purchased tickets to the visitor’s sector. The fans will receive a full refund, directly at the Viktoria shop.

"Of course, we are sorry about the fact, that our fans cannot support our team in such an important match, however we fully respect and understand the decision. Hereby, we would like to ask our fans to respect and observe all the measures and regulations in this extraordinary situation, " the club spokesman Václav Hanzlík said. Primarily, the club is dealing with the preparations for the Sunday match, after that the following home game will be dealt with. "The news and the situation are new for us; the train of events is very rapid. We will answer all the possible questions about the home match against Mladá Boleslav at the beginning of the next week. The ticket sale is naturally suspended," he added.

Both matches should by broadcasted live on the O2 TV Sport channel. The club will try its best to provide all the possible news coverage for its fans, including the interviews, via the club website and social networks.

All the measures and restrictions apply also for the FC Viktoria B-Team, youth teams and women teams. Their matches will be played according to regular game plan, however without spectators. These measures apply both for the sport centre on the Luční street and other sports fields. "Also in these cases, we would like to ask our fans and especially the players’ parents, scouts and agents to respect these measures," the club spokesman concluded.
