Erik Jirka and Daniel Vašulín went to our partner school Chrást as part of the League to Schools project. This is a natural follow-up to our long-term project Viktorka to school.
Over one hundred and twenty pupils gathered in the gym of the Chrást Primary School, where a ninety-minute programme was prepared for them on Tuesday morning. During it, the children could take pictures with Erik Jirka and Daniel Vasulin, see the cup for the league winner, medals or freestyle show of Honza Weber. Pupils could also choose tickets for the game against Jablonec or České Budějovice.
"I believe the girls and boys enjoyed it. I personally enjoyed it and I´m glad we could go among them. It was definitely a nice change of pace for them," smiled Viktoria´s forward Daniel Vašulín.
The morning also brought a number of questions about the players of Viktoria Plzeň. How do they cope with the post-match fatigue, how does their day look like or what brought them to football in the first place.
"It was a nice meeting. We hope you enjoyed it and that we will see you together soon in Doosan Arena," Erik Jirka evaluated the event.
