Twenty-seven-year-old defender Dávid Krčík is leaving Viktoria Plzeň and moving to Pardubice.
The Slovak defender joined Viktoria from Karviná in December last year. Since then, he has made twenty-two appearances in the red-and-blue shirt, scoring eight goals. He is now bidding farewell to the Doosan Arena and moving to FK Pardubice.
“We need to thank Dávid for his service to the club. He always had an excellent attitude and behaved like a true professional. His last goal against Crvena Zvezda, for example, was unforgettable,” said the club’s sporting director, Martin Vozábal.
“At the moment, under the new manager, he wouldn’t be getting as many opportunities as he would like. So, by mutual agreement, our paths are parting, and we wish him the best of luck in his new venture,” added Martin Vozábal.
