Viktoria´s summer signing is twenty-two-year-old Slovenian midfielder Adrian Zeljković, who arrives from Spartak Trnava. He signed a four-year contract at Doosan Arena.

Twenty-two-year-old defensive midfielder Adrian Zeljković is a member of the Slovenian U21 national team, which will compete at the European Championships. He has also made three starts for his country´s senior national team. He joins Viktoria from Spartak Trnava, where he was one of the key players, contributed significantly to the winning of the domestic cup and last year was elected to the best eleven of the entire season (2023/2024) of the Slovak top competition.

"We have been watching Adrian for a long time, he impressed us with his football qualities and physical disposition. He is a fit central midfielder at a great age, so he also has a huge potential. We are happy that he was attracted by our vision and offer and we can welcome him in a Victorian jersey," said Daniel Kolář, the club´s sporting director.

"The transfer to Viktoria is a huge step in my career. I feel a huge motivation to help the team and I am really looking forward to this new challenge," said Adrian Zeljkovic after signing a four-year contract. He also admitted that he consulted his teammate Michal Ďuriš from Trnava about his new commitment. "I know well how successful he was here. He definitely recommended me to join Viktorka," added the 22-year-old footballer, who went through Maribor, Celje and Ljubljana in his youth.
